If you wish to change the size and/or color of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 14 days of delivery date.  Please contact us in order to hold the item for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order. You may exchange for a different product, color or size in our physical store, bringing the return form and receipt of your order to the store.
Items purchased from the Offers or Bazaar category are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on swimwear and on jewelry.

  100% store credit via Gift Card. You may apply your personal gift card code on your next order from our e-shop and the amount will be automatically deducted.
