Shipping Policy

ORDER DISPATCH

Upon completion of the order, our Company processes your order and the products included in it are sent to the address indicated when placing the order.

Our Company makes every effort to process your orders in the shortest possible time and deliver them to the courier company. The processing and preparation time of your order varies from 1 to 5 working days. Orders are prepared and dispatched from Monday to Friday.

Our company serves all of Greece, Cyprus and the countries of the European Union  and the following distinctions apply to its pricing policy:

  • SHIPPING OF ORDERS IN GREECE
  1. Shipping costs

    For the shipping of orders within Greece we cooperate with the courier company Taxydema or with the Box Now Company.

    For orders within Komotini there is no shipping cost, regardless of the purchase amount.

    Courier Taxydema:

    For orders outside of Komotini and to inaccessible or remote areas* of Greece up to the amount of 150 EUR, the shipping costs with Courier Taxydema amount to 6,00 EUR. In case of payment in "Cash On Delivery", there is no extra cost.

    For orders over the amount of 150 EUR, there is no shipping cost.

    Box Now Company:

    For orders outside of Komotini and to inaccessible or remote areas* of Greece up to the amount of 150 EUR, the shipping costs with Box Now Company amount to 4,00 EUR.
    There is no "Cash On Delivery" option if you choose Box Now as your shipping company.

    For orders over the amount of 150 EUR, there is no shipping cost, therefore we choose to send the order through the Courier Taxydema.

  2. Estimated delivery time

Once our Company will complete the processing of your order and dispatch it, the delivery time to you and to the address you have indicated to us (within Greece) will vary from 2 to 5 working days, depending on the place of delivery, always in conjunction with the policy of Taxydema Courier Company or any other Courier Company we may cooperate with in the future.

You should note that if the delivery location you have indicated is in an inaccessible or remote area*, the delivery time of your order may be extended for an additional 5 working days.

*inaccessible and remote areas: The designation of an area as inaccessible and remote is determined in accordance with the policy of Taxydema Courier or any other carrier we may work with in the future.

In any case, once we ship your order, the estimated delivery time is indicative.

Our company shall not be liable in the event of a delay in the delivery of your order due to weather conditions, strikes and other reasons beyond our control (force majeure).

 

  • SHIPPING OF ORDERS IN CYPRUS AND ABROAD

Shipping costs vary depending on your country of residence or the country you have indicated to us for delivery.

Once our Company has completed the processing of your order and dispatched it, the delivery time to you and to the address you have indicated to us in a country outside Greece will vary depending on your country of residence or the country you have indicated to us for delivery.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery time are determined by the respective partner courier company.

For orders placed from countries outside the European Union, the total amount of your order does not include the charges and taxes that will be imposed on you upon delivery by the transport company. The payment of these taxes and charges is necessary in order for your goods to be released from customs.

Our Company shall not be liable in the event of a delay in the delivery of your order due to weather conditions, strikes and other reasons beyond its control (force majeure).

Shipping to Cyprus

We ship orders to Cyprus with DHL express or Box Now Company. You can only pay for your order by card or by bank transfer. The shipping costs amount 40 EUR if you choose DHL Company or 10 EUR if you choose Box Now Company.

 

Shipping to Europe

We ship orders to the rest of Europe with DHL. You can only pay for your order by card or by bank transfer.

For purchases up to 500 EUR shipping costs amount to:

40 EUR for Regular Shipping

55 EUR for Express Shipping

For purchases over 500 EUR there is no shipping cost.
